Key Responsibilities:
- Developing architectural designs and drawings
- Coordination with engineering disciplines and project teams
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and regulatory standards
- Support project delivery from concept to implementation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in architecture
Experience in pricing
Relevant professional experience in architectural design and coordination
Strong knowledge of applicable codes, standards and regulations
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
A valid and effective classification or license from the Saudi Council of Engineers
Proficiency in design programs (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
Strong knowledge of building codes and standards
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Attention to detail and creative problem solving
