Job Description:
- He is responsible for receiving customer requests and organizing their communication with the facility, and ensuring a clear and organized professional experience from the first contact until the request is closed
Tasks:
- Receiving customer inquiries and responding to them initially
- Directing requests to the appropriate department or specialist
- Follow up on the status of orders and update customers with what is necessary
- Recording customer data and requests in approved forms or systems
- Handling initial comments and complaints professionally
- Maintaining the confidentiality of customer data and good representation of the facility
