- Receiving incoming customer calls and answering them professionally
- Making outgoing calls when needed to follow up on requests or provide services

- Recording customer data and notes in approved systems
- Handling complaints and inquiries and working to resolve them or escalate them to the competent authority
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure they are closed according to approved procedures
- Achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service quality, response speed, and customer satisfaction rate
- Adherence to company policies, confidentiality standards, and customer data protection
- Preparing periodic reports related to calls and notes received from customers
- Contribute to improving customer experience by conveying feedback and suggestions to management
