- Follow up on the readiness of projects and residential units
- Supervising the cleanliness and arrangement of projects and units ready for sale
- Ensuring the readiness of facilities, services and common areas
- Supervising maintenance work
- Managing and following up the maintenance team and distributing tasks to them
- Receiving maintenance requests and following up on their implementation according to the approved time levels
- Coordination between sales and maintenance departments
- Act as a liaison between the sales department and the maintenance department
- Follow up on the units sold and ensure their readiness before delivery
- Follow up on customer feedback before, during and after delivery and ensure that they are addressed
- Managing the process of delivering units to customers
- Conduct final inspection of units before delivery
- Accompanying the client while receiving the unit and explaining the facilities and services
- Preparing delivery reports and completing the required documents
- Follow up on any notes that appear after delivery and ensure they are addressed
Requirements:
Bachelor of Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Mechanical or equivalent)
3 to 7 years of experience in residential project management, maintenance or unit delivery
Language requirements:
English-good
