Job description:
Career goal:
- Implementing and following up on all government and banking transactions of the company, and ensuring their completion in accordance with applicable regulations and instructions and in the interest of the business

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Follow up and complete transactions with various government agencies
- Managing and following up on electronic services through government platforms
- Issuing and renewing government licenses, permits and certificates
- Follow up on employee transactions related to residence, visas, transfer of services, etc
- Reviewing banks and completing the company’s banking transactions
- Opening and updating bank accounts and following up on electronic banking services
- Follow up on checks, letters of guarantee, and bank credits in coordination with the financial department
- Updating the company’s data and those authorized by banks and relevant authorities
- Follow up on the payment of government and bank fees and complete the necessary procedures
- Preparing periodic reports on government and banking transactions
- Preserving and archiving relevant documents and documents
- Representing the company before government agencies and banks when needed
- Carrying out any other related tasks assigned by management
- Follow up on the renewal of the company’s vehicle forms
- Follow up and renew vehicle insurance documents and ensure their validity
- Follow up on periodic inspection dates for vehicles and complete inspection and renewal procedures
- Follow up on traffic accidents involving company vehicles and complete regulatory procedures with the competent authorities and insurance companies
- Follow up on insurance claims and compensation resulting from accidents
- Save and archive all vehicle documents, insurances, and periodic checks
- Preparing periodic reports on the condition of vehicles and expiry dates of relevant documents
- Coordination with the competent authorities and maintenance workshops regarding the repair of vehicles damaged by accidents
