Tasks:
- Receiving, guiding and informing visitors to the exhibition
- Manage incoming telephone calls and respond to customers’ initial inquiries professionally
- Recording and updating visitor data in the system, and ensuring that the reception area remains neat and organized at all times to provide an exceptional experience
