Job description:
- The Executive Secretary is responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to executive management, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth daily operations
- Manage and organize executive schedules and appointments
- Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
- Prepare and draft letters, reports, and official correspondence
- Coordinate and communicate with different departments
- Maintain and organize files and documents with confidentiality and accuracy
Requirements:
  • Saudi National only
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Executive Secretarial roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) – Mandatory
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Language requirements:
  • English-fluent
