- Bringing potential customers (Lead Generation): Searching for companies and institutions that need to organize their sales operations and price offers, and communicating with them
- Providing live demos (Product Demos): explaining the system to customers via virtual or field meetings, and reviewing the powerful features such as (the permissions system, preventing the export of demos before approval, and smart tracking)
- Closing deals and following up on upgrades: following up on customers during the trial period and converting them into permanent subscribers to the different packages (Pro, Enterprise)
- Account Management: Providing initial support to new customers and ensuring their satisfaction with the platform in coordination with the technical team
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in sales of technical solutions or cloud systems (SaaS Sales)
Excellent understanding of the sales process and the documentary cycle (quotations, invoices, administrative approvals)
Ability to work independently and achieve specific sales goals (Targets)
Exceptional communication and persuasion skills and the ability to simplify technical concepts for clients
Skill in using modern presentation and sales tools
