- Follow up and apply quality and food safety standards within the branches
- Ensure compliance with approved operating policies and procedures
- Carrying out periodic inspection tours and submitting observations and reports
- Follow up on the cleanliness of the branches and the quality of the products and ensure their safety
- Monitor expiration dates, storage and preparation methods
- Training employees on quality, health and safety standards
- Follow up on customer complaints and work to improve the level of service and quality
- Coordination with various departments to address feedback and improve operational performance
Requirements:
Previous experience in the field of quality or food safety and restaurants
Good knowledge of quality, health and food safety systems
Ability to prepare reports and field follow-up
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
