Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Develop, implement and follow up on marketing campaigns in line with the overall brand strategy
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all internal and external communications, materials and platforms
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including digital content, print and event assets
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies (creative, PR, digital, media) to deliver high-quality campaigns within the specified timeline and budget
• Manage social media presence, editorial calendar and audience interaction
• Follow up and analyze the performance of campaigns and prepare reports while providing actionable recommendations
• Support the planning and implementation of events, sponsorships and brand activation activities
• Conduct market and competitor research to discover new opportunities and trends
• Maintaining and updating the brand identity guide and ensuring adherence to it in all departments
Requirements:
Practical experience ranging from 4 to 10 years in the field of marketing, brand management, or similar
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or any related field
A deep understanding of the principles of brand building, digital marketing and integrated communications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite proficiency is a plus)
Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
Creative mindset with data-driven analytical ability
Strong communication skills and relationships with various stakeholders
