- Preparing and developing architectural plans using two- and three-dimensional (2D/3D) engineering design programs.
- Preparing architectural designs and models and visual output of projects
- Reading and analyzing architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical plans
- Preparing executive plans and technical details of the project
- Coordination with engineers, consultants and other technical specialties
- Field supervision of the implementation of works and ensuring their compliance with plans and specifications
- Follow up on the progress of work on the site and prepare periodic technical reports
- Review architectural materials and finishes and approve samples
- Solve technical problems that arise during implementation
- Ensure the implementation of safety requirements and approved architectural codes
- Making modifications and updates to designs according to project requirements
- Estimating architectural quantities and preparing schedules and technical documents when needed
- Follow up with contractors, monitor the quality of implementation and adherence to the schedule
Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience
Bachelor's degree in Architecture
High skills in communication and working within a team
Proficiency in using engineering design programs such as AutoCAD and 3D Max
Good knowledge of engineering codes and requirements
Ability to read operational diagrams accurately
High skills in communication and working within a team
Creativity and innovation in design
Accuracy and attention to detail
Classification from the Corps of Engineers
