- Review commercial cases and analyze contracts and related documents
- Preparing regulations, memorandums, objections, and judicial requests in commercial cases
- Representing clients before commercial courts and relevant authorities
- Providing legal advice on contracts, companies, commercial claims, and contractual obligations
- Reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements and legal letters
- Follow up client files and update the status of cases in accordance with internal systems
- Coordination with project management and the legal team to ensure implementation of the work plan
- Preparing periodic reports on developments in issues and tasks
- Adherence to deadlines, quality of output, and client requirements
Requirements:
A valid law license
Practical experience in commercial issues and contracts
Proficiency in legal drafting and systemic analysis
The ability to negotiate and represent clients professionally
Proficiency in spoken and written English
