- Posting job advertisements, filtering resumes, and coordinating interview dates between candidates and department managers
- Updating and maintaining the employee database (paper and electronic) and ensuring legal documents are complete
- Responding to employee inquiries related to policies, vacations, and official letters (such as salary definition)
- Follow up on time records, sick and annual leaves, and submit periodic reports to management
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once
- Collecting the necessary data for the salary disbursement process (such as additional hours and deductions) and coordinating with the financial department
