- Providing administrative and technical support to the Human Resources Department, by implementing daily transactions via electronic government platforms
- Ensure that employee records are updated and maintain an accurate, organized, and easily referenced archiving system
- Applying attendance and departure procedures, and calculating leaves and entitlements based on the Saudi labor system
- Excellent creation of official letters, administrative decisions, warnings, and vacations
- Preparing letters of introduction, certificates of experience, and official correspondence addressed to various parties
Requirements:
Knowledge of dealing with annual and sick leave
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
