- Receiving materials and goods and ensuring their compliance with purchase orders and invoices
- Inspecting incoming items and ensuring their safety and quality
- Organizing and arranging materials inside the warehouse according to the approved system
- Disbursing materials to departments or customers according to approved requests
- Recording input and output operations in the system or manual records
- Follow up inventory balances and conduct periodic and annual inventory
- Reporting deficiencies, damaged or stagnant items
- Maintaining the cleanliness and order of the warehouse and implementing safety requirements
- Ensure that materials are stored in an appropriate manner to prevent damage or loss
- Coordination with the Purchasing Department to provide the required needs
- Preparing periodic reports on inventory and item movement
- Monitor the expiry dates of the items, if any
- Adherence to company policies and procedures for warehouses
