- Organizing and managing schedules of appointments and meetings for executive management
- Preparing correspondence, reports and presentations
- Receiving calls, responding to e-mails, and following up on correspondence
- Coordinating meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and following up on the implementation of decisions
- Save and organize files and documents confidentially and accurately
- Coordination with various departments to ensure the implementation of the required work
- Arranging travel reservations, meetings, and official visits when needed
- Follow up on daily tasks and ensure they are completed within the specified dates
- Supporting management in various administrative and organizational tasks
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in management or related discipline
Previous experience in executive secretarial or office administration
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proficiency in oral and written communication in Arabic, preferably English
High skills in organization and time management
Ability to deal confidentially and professionally
Courtesy and good behavior
Accuracy and attention to detail
