- Organizing mail and daily appointments, coordinating meetings and recording their minutes
- Archive files in a way that is easy to refer to
- Review and update employees’ annual leave balances, and manage operations across government platforms
- Documenting contracts via the “Qiwa” platform, and managing visas and residency via “Muqeem”
- Registering and excluding subscribers to Social Insurance. The job requires a little experience to deal with data and administrative reports
