- Strategy building: designing and implementing integrated annual and quarterly marketing plans
- Team Management: Lead and direct the marketing team (content, design, social media) to ensure the highest levels of performance
- Market analysis: studying competitors and market trends and identifying opportunities for growth
- Budget Management: Efficiently distribute and manage the marketing budget to ensure the best return on investment (ROI)
- Digital supervision: following up on sponsored advertising campaigns (Ads) and improving the brand’s visibility digitally
- Reports: Providing accurate periodic reports to senior management on the performance of campaigns and the results achieved
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in the field of marketing, including at least 2 years in a leadership position
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Proficiency in analytics tools (such as Google Analytics), advertising platforms, and project management
Exceptional ability to build morale and motivate the team
Creative thinking skills
Proficiency in Arabic and English, spoken and written
