- Supervising the performance of branches and ensuring the achievement of sales and operational goals
- Follow up on daily reports, covenant, cash and cars
- Monitor employee compliance with company policies and work procedures
- Addressing operational observations and problems within the branches
- Training and directing branch employees and raising the level of service provided to customers
- Submitting periodic reports to senior management
Requirements:
At least two years of experience in supervision or branch management in the car rental sector
High skills in communication and supervision of teams
Proficiency in using computers and office programs
