- Attracting new clients (companies and institutions) and building long-term relationships
- Analyzing client needs and providing appropriate technical solutions (CRM, automation, custom systems, websites, applications)
- Leading meetings with customers (online / in-person) and turning them into real sales opportunities
- Preparing technical and financial offers in cooperation with the technical team
- Manage the complete sales cycle (from Lead to Closing)
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure their satisfaction and build expansion opportunities
Requirements:
At least 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in a technical field)
Strong understanding of digital transformation (CRM and ERP systems) and website and application development
High skills in persuasion, negotiation, presentations, and customer relationship management
The ability to understand a customer's need and turn it into a solution
Preferably those who have a network of relationships in the Saudi market
