- Managing and organizing daily administrative operations within the company
- Follow up on the implementation of internal policies and procedures and ensure compliance with them
- Supervising attendance, discipline and vacations via automated systems
- Follow up on employee performance and coordinate between departments
- Organizing internal meetings and following up on tasks and decisions
- Develop and improve operational and administrative procedures
- Follow up on contracts, administrative files, and regulatory updates
- Coordination with senior management and submitting operational and administrative reports
- Contributing to building a professional and organized work environment
- Managing and organizing employee files and administrative documents
- Follow up on operational, office and administrative services needs
- Contribute to recruitment processes and administrative coordination of interviews when needed

- Working on administrative systems, ERP and HRMS systems
Requirements:
Practical experience in management, human resources, or administrative operation
A leadership personality and a strong administrative presence
High ability to organize, follow up and make decisions
Excellent communication and team management skills
Good understanding of administrative structure and corporate procedures
Proficiency in using administrative and technical systems
The ability to manage more than one task at the same time
High professionalism in dealing and follow-up
Experience in technical or operational companies is preferred
