Objective of the job:
- Perform all company accounting and financial operations accurately and effectively to ensure accurate financial reporting, support financial decision making, and comply with local and international regulations.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Recording financial transactions: Recording all daily financial transactions in an organized and accurate manner
- Preparing financial reports: preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and analyzing financial results
- Accounts management: following up on customer and supplier accounts, collections and payments
- Reconciliation and reconciliation: Review and match accounting entries with bank data to ensure their accuracy
- Preparing budgets: Contributing to the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Inventory control: Follow up on inventory operations related to wholesale sales and ensure their accuracy
- Tax compliance: dealing with tax authorities, preparing the necessary tax reports, and legal follow-up
- Data analysis: Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve financial performance
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international accounting policies and procedures and financial standards
- Functional cooperation: Cooperation with sales, marketing, and senior management departments to ensure the stability of financial operations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
At least 3 years of experience in the field of accounting, preferably in commercial companies or wholesale trade
Full knowledge of accounting programs and financial information management systems
Accurate analytical skills and ability to prepare financial reports
Good knowledge of local tax systems and financial laws
High organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
