- A recruitment and attraction specialist is required to work for veterinary clinics in Riyadh
Objective of the job:
- Manage and implement recruitment and recruitment processes efficiently to provide qualified cadres (veterinarians, assistants, and support staff) to ensure continuity of operation and quality of services provided.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Preparing and implementing recruitment plans according to the needs of clinics
- Publish job advertisements through appropriate channels and attract qualified candidates
- Sorting CVs, conducting initial interviews and initial evaluation
- Coordination with relevant departments to determine functional needs and selection criteria
- Managing the entire recruitment cycle from the employment application until signing the job offer
- Build and update a database of potential candidates
- Coordination with recruitment companies when needed (locally and internationally)
- Follow up on international recruitment procedures (issuing visas, contracts, arrival arrangements)
- Ensuring compliance with work regulations and regulations in force in the Kingdom
- Preparing periodic reports on employment performance and its indicators
- Improving the candidate experience during all stages of recruitment
- Contributing to the development of recruitment and recruitment policies and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Effective communication skills in Arabic and English
Practical experience of 2 to 4 years in the field of recruitment and recruitment, preferably previous experience in the health or veterinary sector
Proficiency in using recruitment systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
Skill in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
Knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and recruitment procedures
