- Manage and develop the current customer base and enhance business relationships
- Attracting new clients, whether individual clients, contractors, companies or government agencies
- Marketing and selling the nursery’s products of trees, plants, and agricultural coordination products
- Visiting customers and projects periodically to follow up on needs and sales opportunities
- Preparing quotes and contracts and negotiating until deals are closed
- Follow up on competitions and agricultural and coordination projects in the market
- Coordination with internal departments to ensure that orders are executed according to customer requirements
- Follow up on collection and after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction
- Preparing periodic reports on sales, market movement, and customers
Requirements:
Experience in nursery sales or the agricultural and coordination sector
Having a customer base and existing relationships with contractors, companies and government agencies
Good knowledge of the agricultural and landscaping projects market
High skills in communication, negotiation and relationship building
Ability to achieve sales and business development targets
Proficiency in using computers
Valid driving license
