- Managing sales plans and developing the company’s market share
- Analyze daily and monthly sales data to identify growth opportunities and address challenges
- Directly supervising representatives and the sales team and following up on their field performance
- Building and developing strategic relationships with customers and distributors in the region
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in sales management, with the requirement of previous experience in the field of care (cosmetics, skin care, or pharmacies)
The ability to manage and direct the sales team within Riyadh to achieve the required sales goals
High professionalism in analyzing sales data, reading market trends, and preparing strategic reports
