- Organizing and following up on daily truck movement and transportation plans
- Scheduling vehicle pickup and delivery operations (from ports, yards, and showrooms)
- Monitoring trucks via tracking systems (GPS)
- Supervising drivers, distributing tasks, and following up on performance
- Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and transportation regulations in the Kingdom
- Coordination with customers, exhibitions and operating departments
- Supervising vehicle loading and unloading operations
- Preparing daily reports (trips, fuel, deliveries, damages if any)
- Dealing with emergency problems such as delays, malfunctions, or accidents
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree qualification
At least 3-5 years of experience in transportation or fleet supervision
It is preferable to have experience in transporting cars (Car Carrier).
Proficiency in Arabic and English (Urdu is an added advantage)
Good knowledge of roads within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Ability to use tracking and fleet management systems
Strong communication and team management skills
