- Preparing architectural designs at all stages (initial, developmental, final design, and implementation drawings)
- Review and approve plans and ensure their compliance with the Saudi building code and relevant rules and regulations
- Coordination with other engineering specialties (structural, mechanical, electrical)
- Technical supervision of projects during the implementation phase and following up on the conformity of the works to the approved plans
- Preparing technical progress reports and submitting them to management or relevant authorities
- Participate in owner, consultant and contractor meetings and provide technical solutions
- Review change requests and technical notes and express the appropriate architectural opinion
- Supervising and guiding newly experienced architects
- Contributing to improving the quality of designs and raising the efficiency of technical performance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture
A valid professional classification (expert) from the Saudi Council of Engineers
Practical experience of not less than 8 years in the field of architectural design and supervision
