Tasks and responsibilities:
- Organizing and managing outgoing and incoming correspondence
- Coordinating appointments and meetings and preparing their minutes
- Follow up on daily administrative work and ensure efficient workflow
- Preparing periodic reports and presentations
- Communicating with suppliers and factories outside the Kingdom to request and negotiate price offers
- Follow up on purchase requests, compare price offers, and choose the most appropriate one in coordination with management
- Dealing with government agencies and electronic platforms
- Managing and storing files and documents in an organized manner
- Support management in implementing various tasks
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, or a related field
Practical experience of 2-5 years in the field of secretarial or administrative work
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Familiarity and practical experience in using platforms (adoption - opportunity - enforcement)
Strong leadership and supervisory skills to manage on-site work teams
High communication skills and the ability to organize and manage time
Ability to work under pressure and take responsibility
Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting
Proficiency in spoken and written English
Negotiation and persuasion skills
