- Analyze the training needs of sales teams periodically
- Preparing and designing advanced training programs in the areas of sales, customer service, and product knowledge
- Providing training courses (in-person/remote) and following up on their results
- Develop professional training content (presentations, training manuals, educational materials)
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through performance indicators and sales results
- Onboarding and qualifying new employees according to company standards
- Work directly with sales managers to identify gaps and develop solutions
- Follow up on the latest training methods and techniques in the field of sales and apply them
- Preparing periodic reports on training performance and submitting them to management
- Support a culture of continuous learning within the sales team
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Saudi nationality
Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English
At least 4 years of experience in sales training and development in watches and jewelry or a similar environment
Ability to design and implement effective training and development
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs
Language requirements:
