Tasks and responsibilities:
- Supervising the full operation of the café and ensuring that work runs smoothly and efficiently
- Preparing and serving drinks (espresso drinks) according to professional standards
- Supervising the barista team, distributing tasks, and monitoring performance on an ongoing basis
- Manage operational and supply requests and ensure timely availability of materials
- Follow up inventory levels and maintain a minimum to avoid service interruptions
- Implementing periodic inspection rounds to ensure compliance with operational and health standards
- Support kitchen work and service points when needed to ensure continuity of operation
- Dealing with operational challenges promptly and solving problems efficiently
- Coordination with relevant parties (suppliers, management, site teams) to ensure smooth operations
- Improving customer experience and working to continuously raise the level of service quality
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience as a barista or similar café environment
Practical experience in preparing coffee and operating espresso machines
Ability to handle operational tasks and some supervisory aspects
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and a high focus on customer service
Good knowledge of quality and food safety standards
