Job Description:
- Manage and implement purchasing operations efficiently, and ensure the provision of the required materials and services with the best quality, lowest cost, and in a timely manner, in a way that supports the workflow and achieves the facility’s goals
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Implementing purchase orders approved by various departments
- Search for approved suppliers and negotiate with them to obtain the best prices
- Compare offers and choose the most suitable one
- Follow up on the supply of materials and ensure adherence to deadlines
- Ensure that materials comply with the required specifications
- Managing supplier relationships and evaluating their performance periodically
- Preparing periodic reports on purchases and costs
- Adherence to approved purchasing policies and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
1 to 3 years of experience in procurement
Good knowledge of the basics of negotiation and supplier management
Proficiency in using Office programs
Proficiency in English
Strong negotiation skills
Accuracy in work and attention to detail
Ability to manage time and organize priorities
Skills in analyzing prices and offers
Effective communication skills
