Tasks and responsibilities:
- Supervising daily agricultural operations (planting, irrigation, fertilization, harvesting)
- Preparing and implementing seasonal agricultural plans according to the type of crops
- Analyze the soil and determine its needs for fertilizers and nutrients
- Managing modern irrigation systems and improving water use efficiency
- Monitoring plant health, diagnosing diseases and pests, and developing control plans
- Using modern agricultural technologies such as smart agriculture or greenhouses
- Preparing periodic reports on agricultural production and performance
- Training and guiding agricultural workers to ensure the application of standards
- Commitment to safety and environmental quality standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in agricultural engineering or related field
3-5 years of experience in the agricultural field
Good knowledge of irrigation, fertilization, and pest control systems
Ability to use modern agricultural equipment and techniques
Proficiency in using computers (preferably agriculture or data analysis programs)
