Tasks and responsibilities:
- Marketing real estate (sale/rent) via digital and traditional channels
- Managing advertisements on real estate platforms (real estate, houses, etc.)
- Creating professional marketing content (texts, images, videos)
- Receiving clients, communicating with them, and turning them into actual opportunities
- Organizing and presenting properties to clients (field visits)
- Analyze the market and determine appropriate prices based on the latest execution
- Building relationships with real estate owners and investors
- Preparing periodic reports on performance and results
- Follow up on deals until closing in coordination with relevant parties
- Compliance with real estate regulations (General Real Estate Authority)
Requirements:
