Objective of the job:
- Direct and manage the sales team to achieve the company’s goals in the contact lens market, and increase its market share by developing effective selling strategies and strengthening business relationships with pharmacies, optical and beauty stores.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies for contact lens products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers of pharmacies, optical and beauty stores
- Analyze the contact lenses market and customer needs to develop suitable offers
- Leading the sales team and training them on sales and product promotion strategies
- Follow up on sales performance and analyze results to identify areas of strength and weakness
- Coordinate with marketing and logistics departments to ensure orders are met and promotional campaigns are implemented
- Preparing periodic reports on sales performance and providing recommendations for improvement
- Follow the latest trends in the Contact Lenses market and update selling strategies accordingly
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in sales of contact lenses, medical or related products
Good knowledge of the pharmacy market, eyewear and beauty stores
High leadership and communication skills and the ability to manage a work team
Ability to analyze and make effective decisions
Negotiation and persuasion skills
