- Receiving clients and communicating with them to understand their needs and requirements in interior design
- Providing appropriate consultations and solutions in accordance with the client’s budget and taste
- Presenting the company’s services in a professional manner and convincing customers of them
- Preparing technical and financial offers and following them up until the sale process is completed
- Coordination with the design team to implement customer requirements with accuracy and high quality
- Follow up on current clients and build long-term relationships with them
- Achieving specified monthly and annual sales goals
- Follow the market and competitors and suggest development ideas to increase sales
- Updating customer data and managing sales records in an organized manner
- Participate in exhibitions and promotional events when needed
- Adherence to company policies and procedures at all stages of work
Requirements:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
The ability to persuade and build strong relationships with customers
Good knowledge of design software or ability to understand blueprints and designs
