• Develop a project management strategy and ensure its compatibility with the company’s objectives
• Preparing project implementation plans, specifying the required resources, budgets and timetables
• Follow up on the progress of projects at the technical and administrative levels, and provide the necessary recommendations to correct deviations
• Manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure work is coordinated and project objectives are achieved
• Continuous communication with customers and stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction and meet their requirements
• Preparing periodic reports for senior management on project progress, problems, solutions and recommendations
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards at all sites and stages
• Evaluate the performance of project managers and supervisors and provide the necessary support to improve performance
Requirements:
More than 10 years of experience in the unified electricity contract
Experience in project management
Experience in special projects
Strategic planning and time management skills
Risk analysis and change management skills
High negotiation and communication skills
