• Managing and updating employee files and data
• Preparing contracts and administrative letters (appointment, renewal, warning, release)
• Follow up on attendance, departure and vacations
• Using e-mail for official correspondence and following up on requests
• Preparing HR reports using Excel and Word
• Data entry and follow-up on internal systems
• Managing the company’s accounts on government platforms: (Qawi platform - Muqeem platform - Social Insurance)
• Supporting recruitment processes (coordinating interviews, following up on applicants)
• Coordinate with other departments to meet employee needs
