Job description:
- Estimating property value and marketing and promoting real estate
- Excellent negotiation and completion of sales procedures and agreements with important clients
- Monitoring sales as they progress and coordinating sales procedures
- Providing advice to customers and helping buyers decide what they want to buy
- Ensure that the agreed price is acceptable to both the seller and the buyer
- Continuously review, understand and keep up with trends in the real estate market, and identify available opportunities
- Conduct research and identify potential customers, new customers and new market opportunities
- Screen potential tenants by collecting references and credit checks
- Ensure that properties meet legal and safety requirements
- Drawing up leases and collecting or organizing rent payments
- Develop and implement the strategic plan to achieve sales goals and expand the customer base
- Participate in building relationships with customers and maintaining the provision of services that help gain customer satisfaction
- Communicate with clients to understand their business needs and goals and continuously evaluate
- Communicate with marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency
- Preparing or participating in preparing appropriate budgets and sales methods to achieve the best results
- Develop or participate in the development and implementation of effective sales strategies
- Establishing productive and professional relationships with employees and those responsible for customer accounts
- Monitor and analyze sales ratios, measure performance and suggest improvements
- Preparing periodic sales forecasts, including monthly, quarterly and annual
- Providing timely and effective solutions that meet customer needs
- Review the latest developments and supervise the launch of new products
- Ensure that the sales department is prepared to carry out the tasks appropriately
- Drive the sales process from the beginning of planning until the completion of sales
- Suggesting ways to improve the quality of products, outperform competitors, and suggest promotional offers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field
  • 5 years of experience in real estate sales
  • The ability to use government platforms for the real estate field, such as the Ejar platform and various CRM programs
  • Good knowledge of using Microsoft Office programs
  • Analytical skills and providing appropriate solutions to problems
  • Proficiency in negotiation and persuasion skills to win customers, complete sales, and present offers in a distinctive manner
  • Customer service skills and representing sellers in negotiating with potential buyers
  • Proficiency in communicating with different personalities verbally and in writing
  • A valid driving license
