Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across major digital platforms.
• Create, edit, and design marketing materials for real estate projects.
• Prepare social media content, campaign visuals, and promotional assets.
• Support lead generation activities and property marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate branding and marketing execution for projects and listings.
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Work closely with sales and management teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Requirements:
NATIVE ARABIC SPEAKERS ONLY (because the whole work is only in Arabic language)
Experience working in the real estate sector
Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat, TikTok, and other relevant channels
Good graphic design skills using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar
Ability to create engaging marketing content and visuals
Understanding of real estate marketing trends and customer behaviour
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work across different marketing areas
