- Monitor stock levels on a daily basis and update records
- Accurately record all input and output operations
- Conduct periodic inventory (monthly/annual) and match the results with the system
- Coordination with other departments (purchasing, sales, production)
- Preparing periodic reports on inventory status (shortages, surpluses, stagnant items)
- Ensure that storage and safety policies are implemented within the warehouse
- Follow expiry dates (especially on food or medical items)
- Use of inventory management systems (ERP or specialized software)
- Report any damage or loss in stock
