An administrative employee is required to work for a company working in the field of cleaning, maintenance and operation in the city of Riyadh
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Publishing job advertisements across platforms, attracting talents appropriate to the company’s needs, and conducting CV sorting
- Scheduling and organizing personal interviews and following up on their results with management
- Preparing job offers and issuing employment contracts via the Qiwa platform, and completing recruitment procedures for new employees (files, contracts, insurance, medical insurance)
- Entering employee data into the company’s systems and the systems of government agencies (Forces - Social Insurance), following up on contract expiration dates and renewing them electronically
- Maintaining official files and documents for each employee (contracts - health certificates - residence permits - identities - driving licenses - etc.), updating the employee database on an ongoing basis.
- Monitoring the fingerprint/attendance and departure system daily, preparing absence and tardiness reports, and preparing salaries
- Managing leave requests and internal approvals, dealing with employee complaints and resolving disputes in accordance with company regulations and the law
Requirements:
Knowledge of policies, regulations, regulations, instructions and special procedures related to human resources
Knowledge of relevant labor systems, regulations and laws and government departments
At least 3 years of experience in the field of human resources
