- Follow up and coordinate project implementation work from the beginning of excavation to final finishing (according to the approved models), as well as the timetable that is approved by the administration, and take the initiative to update the models and approve them with those with authority if the administration needs that.
- Visiting suppliers and taking samples of materials for approval by the administration to complete the construction process
- Conducting analytical studies for contractors in order to save the cost of the project
- Disbursing extracts to contractors according to the terms of the contract in coordination with the administration
- Calculate quantities for all items before ordering from suppliers and reduce waste
- Taking the initiative to update private contracting forms and contracts and having them approved by those with authority
- Follow up on the work and its quality during the maintenance period of projects (after-sales services)
- Receiving contractors’ work according to plans before disbursing the extracts
