Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in law or regulations (postgraduate studies preferred).
At least 5 years of experience in law firms or companies in Saudi Arabia
Strong knowledge of Saudi systems (such as the personal status system and the penal system)
Ability to prepare responsive memorandums and objection regulations
Proficiency in dealing with legal platforms (Najez, Maeen, Judicial Committees)
Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements
High legal research and analysis skills
Effective communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
