Main responsibilities and duties:
• Coordinating and managing the work tasks of the medical, technical and administrative staff to ensure effective work and operational efficiency
• Supervising daily clinic operations including appointment schedules, client bookings, and handling initial consultations in coordination with and training coordinators.
• Ensure compliance with safety and protection procedures within the clinic and apply infection control and sterilization standards
• Managing the stock of medical and cosmetic supplies and dealing with service suppliers to ensure the availability of the necessary materials of the highest quality
• Ensure compliance with Saudi health regulations and internal policies
• Follow up on key performance indicators such as auditor satisfaction, waiting time, and resource utilization to prepare periodic reports for senior management
• Manage payment procedures and basic financial reports for the clinic in cooperation with the Finance Department
• Ensuring that a professional, safe, and positive work environment is maintained by supporting and developing the work team and providing continuous training in clinic procedures, technical updates, and holding events and occasions.
• Developing the monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plan for the clinic in coordination with management and determining the most appropriate channels (digital, field, partnerships)
• Develop and implement medical marketing strategies to increase patient volume and retention
• Dealing with patient complaints, solving problems immediately, and building long-term relationships with customers
• Negotiating contracts for doctors, consultants, and technicians in a way that preserves the clinic’s interest and attracts qualified people
• Searching and attracting doctors and consultants through personal relationships, recommendations, etc
Requirements:
Relevant university degree in healthcare administration, marketing, business administration, or related major
At least 7 years of practical experience in managing the operation of beauty and laser clinics and centers in Saudi Arabia
General familiarity with safety, sterilization and regulatory compliance procedures in the healthcare and beauty sector
Team leadership and direction skills and effective communication with patients and medical staff
Skills in analyzing and reporting performance and using basic clinic management software and payment and financial systems
The ability to make quick decisions and solve challenges in a professional manner
