• Identify and source suppliers for production equipment, platforms and event services
• Manage procurement planning, supplier negotiations, and purchasing operations
• Coordinate supplier contracts and ensure adherence to delivery schedules
• Maintain tracking of purchases and control costs
Requirements:
At least 6 years of experience in procurement for events, productions or projects
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
Knowledge of event production suppliers and technical equipment supply
