• Building relationships with existing clients and creating new opportunities with them
• Lead Generation: Creating opportunities with new clients and markets through field visits, relationship building, recommendations, and attending sector events.
• Building partnerships: establishing sustainable business relationships with real estate developers, contracting companies, and international consulting offices
• Tender management: following up on government platforms (such as the Etimad platform) and coordinating the preparation of technical and financial files in cooperation with the engineering department
• Follow up on approving technical and financial offers with clients
• Representing the office: Participating in real estate and engineering exhibitions and networking events to raise awareness of the office’s brand
• Providing periodic reports to the executive management on the status of the business development department
• Preparing and conducting presentations
Requirements:
Bachelor of Engineering (Architectural/Civil)
At least 10 years of experience in construction or related fields
Knowledge of reporting and analytics programs for sales ratios
Certifications PMP (Project Management Professional) - CBDP (Certified Business Development Professional) - APMP (Proposal and Bid Management Professional)
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
The ability to present and present complex concepts in a creative, easy-to-understand manner
