Job description:
- A branch manager is required to lead and manage teams, strategic and operational planning, and focus on the customer experience
Requirements:	Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field At least 5 years of experience in managing branches or the retail (food) sector. Experience in managing multiple sites (Multi-branch management) Strong understanding of supply chains and food products Proficiency in using operational systems (POS / ERP) High leadership skills and the ability to build work teams Analytical and reporting skills Negotiation and communication skills Problem solving and decision making skills
