Job description:
- A branch manager is required to lead and manage teams, strategic and operational planning, and focus on the customer experience
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing branches or the retail (food) sector.
  • Experience in managing multiple sites (Multi-branch management)
  • Strong understanding of supply chains and food products
  • Proficiency in using operational systems (POS / ERP)
  • High leadership skills and the ability to build work teams
  • Analytical and reporting skills
  • Negotiation and communication skills
  • Problem solving and decision making skills
