Customer service and special orders:
- Receiving customers professionally and providing technical advice on flavors, sizes, and cake designs suitable for occasions
- Documenting special requests (birthdays, weddings, parties) accurately (text, format, date, location)
- Explaining the benefits of the products (luxury chocolate, cake) and comparing options to help the customer choose
- Negotiating with customers, convincing them, and offering tastings of products
Operation and production:
- Communicate customer orders clearly and accurately to the kitchen/chef team
- Follow up on the stages of preparing the order to ensure its compliance with the customer’s specifications
- Control the quality of the final product before delivering it to the customer
Store and inventory management:
- Arrange and display chocolates and cakes in an attractive way (Visual Merchandising)
- Maintaining the cleanliness of display shelves, refrigerators, and the store in general
- Periodically inventory inventory and ensure product availability (Stock check)
Sales and reports:
- Achieving daily and monthly sales targets
- Using the cashier system to issue invoices and collect payments
- Preparing periodic reports on the most requested orders and customer feedback
Requirements:
Experience in selling luxury products or sweets
