A marketing manager is required to work for a company working in the field of construction, leading and developing digital strategies and enhancing the company’s electronic presence to support growth and increase sales.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Preparing and implementing the comprehensive e-marketing strategy in accordance with the company’s objectives
- Managing digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads - social media platforms)
- Analyze the market and competitors and develop effective marketing plans
- Supervising the management of social media accounts and content creation
- Follow up and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and improve results continuously
- Managing the marketing team, developing its performance and raising its efficiency
- Coordination with other departments (sales - production - engineering office) to ensure integration of efforts
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in e-marketing, including 2 years in a leadership position
Mastery of digital marketing and analysis tools (Google Analytics - Meta Ads Manager and others)
Ability to manage budgets and achieve a high return on investment (ROI)
High leadership skills and ability to plan and make decisions
