Tasks and responsibilities:
- Receiving customers in a professional manner and providing a distinctive shopping experience
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations of perfumes
- Achieving monthly sales goals and adhering to performance indicators
- Explaining the components of perfumes and their notes (Top, Middle, Base Notes) in a professional manner
- Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the exhibition and adhering to visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory and report shortages on an ongoing basis
- Building long-term relationships with customers and increasing their loyalty to the brand
Requirements:
At least one year of experience in perfume sales or luxury retail
Good knowledge of international types of perfumes and their formulations
Strong selling skills and ability to achieve goals
Proficiency in English is preferred
Ability to work within a team and handle work pressure
High tact, elegant speaking style, and the ability to persuade
The ability to read the customer's personality and guide him to the appropriate choice
